At Mending Senses, we practice gentle yoga with trauma awareness to support your healing journey. Sessions are thoughtfully designed to meet you where you feel most at ease. While select, established clients may have access to private studio settings, most offerings are intentionally designed to be brought to you—creating a safe and private experience.

Simply Begin
At Mending Senses, we believe healing begins with kindness to yourself. And for many, that kind of healing requires a space that feels supportive, calm, and personal. Large gyms or traditional studio settings don’t always offer the privacy that may be needed to begin. That’s why we’ve created intentional environments for individuals and small groups to reconnect with themselves in a meaningful way. Whether online from the comfort of your home, or in another familiar space, we bring a thoughtful, personalized practice to you—one that supports ease, presence, and a deeper connection to yourself.
Founder’s Hello
Hi, I’m Angela. The creator of Mending Senses. There was a time when I felt disconnected—from my body, my breath, and a steady sense of balance.
What began as a simple search for relief slowly became something much deeper. Over the past several years, I’ve experienced a quiet but profound shift—physically, mentally, and emotionally. Not through extremes, but through small, consistent practices. By learning to listen to myself more closely. By creating space to slow down, soften, and rebuild from within. Yoga became much more than movement.
My approach is grounded in lived experience—not perfection. I understand what it feels like to be overwhelmed, to carry tension in the body, to feel out of sync with yourself. And I also understand how transformative it can be to gently return home. The practices I offer are designed to meet you where you are—whether you’re seeking strength, rest, clarity, or simply a moment to breathe. There is no expectation here. Only support and guidance specifically crafted for you.
This work didn’t happen overnight. It unfolded gradually—over months and then years—through intentional choices, consistent practice, and a willingness to begin again and again. The images you see here reflect that journey. Not a before-and-after in the traditional sense, but a visual story of healing—of becoming more grounded, more present, and at home again in myself.
